EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION
The Arizona Department of Administration’s Recognition Program is known as BRAVO!
The program is designed to recognize and reward employees for their dedication to continuous improvement, customer service, teamwork, innovation, leadership, exceptional contributions, retirement and years of service. The BRAVO! program consists of five award categories:
- Cause for Applause!
- Encore! Encore!
- Take a Bow!
- Standing Ovation!
- Round of Applause!
