Arizona Learning Center is a corporate university committed to effective, efficient and excellent training of state government employees through common core courses that cross agency lines and enable agencies to meet their employees’ and business’ needs. The state also supports a Career Center that offers assistance for employees seeking to advance in their careers, enrich their current roles, or find new direction, and still be a part of State service.
Many agencies also offer tuition reimbursement, education leave, and actively participate in hundreds of workshops, seminars, and conferences, all designed to build employee skills and development management and leadership potential.
